GNIOT witnessed a successful placement week at its campus

GREATER NOIDA, India - Jan. 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Knowledge Park based Greater Noida Institute of Technology witnessed a successful placement week. The week-long event was effectively headed by Mr. Anas Ansari and Mr. Prashant Khare –placement Officer. The placements were for students of B. Tech, MCA, and MBA/PDGM. Total 250 students sat down for test from B.Tech batch, MBA, and MCA. Students were selected for designations like Financial Analyst, Kinect Jockey, Management Trainee, Senior Management Trainee, Operations Trainee, Sales Trainee, Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Customer Service Executive. 85 students were selected and the highest package offered was 4.20 lakh per annum and average package went to 2.40 lakh per annum. The test mode for placement was online test, group discussion followed by interview.

Mr. Sachin Maheshwari –Sr. Vice- President- India Bulls said that there is lack of skilled professionals in the industry. Students need to focus on their skill sets. Our expectations have matched with students of GNIOT and we are pleased to give them placement opportunity. We feel that little guidance can help them make their stand in the industry.

On the occasion, Mr. Prashant Khare- Placement Officer - GNIOT said that we organize such recruitment programs with the motive of providing a head start in students’ careers in the areas of Management and Engineering. The Institute has helped its students in producing a desire and passion for knowledge as well as talent for innovative thinking, now it’s time to apply it.

The whole week was engaged with placement procedures. Students were also explained about opportunities and benefits of working in multinational companies. Students presented great enthusiasm and excitement for this placement as they had been working very hard for it and it was the time for them to show their capabilities.
