Mr. Rath has led the development of two ASA courses in intangible asset valuation and has worked closely with fixed asset and real estate appraisers on purchase price allocation and other multidiscipline projects for over thirty years. He holds ASA designations in Business and Intangible Asset valuation and Appraisal Review and Management.
