Headquarters for ShelCidy Custom Remodeling, Inc, are now located in a state-of-the-art showroom and design center at 3750 South Osprey Avenue in Sarasota, Florida. “This has been my dream since I started ShelCidy,” says Dewey Brannon, ShelCidy founder and president. “Not only can you come and see the products we use, but you can also see how they look in beautiful, completed rooms. The new location expands ShelCidy’s headquarters from a few offices and a warehouse on McIntosh Road to a 4000-square-foot grand showroom and design center. The building features administrative offices; a studio where the design team works with clients to select cabinet styles, finishes, paint colors, countertops, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile, and flooring; and a window and wall covering center where clients can select fabrics and wall paper from thousands of samples from high-end companies such as Hunter Douglas, Ado, and Thibaut.

The showroom features five rooms that appeal to a wide range of styles:

A traditional kitchen with white cabinets, a Viking gas range, and a refrigerator from exclusive Italian manufacturer Fiaba, the only such appliance on display on the west coast of Florida

A contemporary kitchen with high gloss modular European cabinets in a tiger wood finish, and all new Thermador appliances

A coastal cottage kitchen with driftwood colored cabinets and brand new Viking D7 appliances

A tropical kitchen with dark cherry cabinets and Viking appliances

A dark-wooded gentlemen’s library with a large desk, and floor to ceiling bookcases with a built-in espresso bar and coffee maker
