Florida Bankruptcy Lawyers Offer Flexible Payment Options

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Jan. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- Florida business and bankruptcy law firm Mearkle | Trueblood | Adam has announced its new flexible payment plan for consumer chapter 7 cases. The new “Quick 7” program will allow debtors to divide the total attorneys’ fees for a chapter 7 bankruptcy into pre-petition and post-petition service contracts.  The Quick 7 program will allow a client to pay a small up-front fee plus costs in order to file the chapter 7 case and receive immediate protection from the automatic stay. The client will then enter into a post-petition services agreement for the balance of the bankruptcy attorneys’ fees to paid via monthly installments which will be automatically withdrawn from the client’s bank account.
