Natalie Keng, Founder/Owner of Chinese Southern Belle LLC, is a food and culture expert, published writer and former publicly-elected official. Standing on a beer box to reach the cash register, Ms. Keng was trained at an early age in the family restaurant business and went on to graduate from Vassar College and Harvard University (Master's in Public Policy). Before starting Chinese Southern Belle LLC, she led diversity and marketing teams for nonprofits, government and Fortune 500 companies. On stage, she is often joined by mother and popular co-host, Margaret Keng, Cobb County Teacher of the Year and international business consultant.
