Belcan Launches BelFlex Staffing Network

CINCINNATI - Jan. 20, 2014 - PRLog -- The rapidly growing Staffing Solutions Division of Belcan Corporation will be rebranded BelFlex Staffing Network and launched as a sister company to Belcan, effective Jan. 9. While Belcan Corporation continues to focus on providing engineering solutions to clients around the world, BelFlex will be positioned to become an industry leader in providing flexible staffing solutions to light industrial customers in North America.

With 5,000 employees, BelFlex has tripled in size over the last four years and will produce revenues in excess of $115M in 2013. The Company provides flexible staffing solutions to customers in the distribution, fulfillment and manufacturing areas through 25 offices in the Midwest and Southeast.

As a part of the rollout, BelFlex has a new logo with the tagline “People Driven Success.” Additionally, a new BelFlex headquarters is scheduled to open in May in Sycamore Township. During the course of 2014, both the headquarters and operating branch offices will be updated with a new look, a more efficient layout and the latest technology.

“We want our BelFlex offices to reflect our spirit, energy, and core commitment that no one will work harder or smarter to provide flexible staffing solutions that help our customers succeed,” said BelFlex President Todd Cross.

Although the name will be changing, the ownership and management team of BelFlex will remain the same. Candace McCaw, Chairman, and Michael McCaw, CEO, of Belcan Corporation, will hold the same roles with BelFlex Staffing Network. Todd Cross will remain President and lead day-to-day operations. Bob Baer, Vice President, and Richard Schneider, CFO, will continue to be key members of the BelFlex leadership team.
