Follow on Google News | 2014 starts in fine form for Yorkshire IT business Vital Technology Group2014 has started well for Yorkshire IT management company Vital Technology Group which has brought on-board its first clients of 2014.
Harrogate businesses Holeys Chartered Accountants, chemical regulatory support company JSC and GH Brooks Builders' Merchants have all selected Vital to manage their IT. The trio of companies have chosen varying levels of support but all benefit from unlimited remote support and 24/7 systems monitoring. Lee Evans, managing director of Vital Technology Group, said: "We ended 2013 on a real high after a busy year which, not only, saw many new clients coming onboard but we also became a Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner. "So to begin 2014 in a similar fashion is very encouraging, and a sign that companies are starting to recognise that outsourcing their IT is a far more cost-effective solution than the traditional break and fix method, as well as offering business-owners peace of mind." Andy Croucher, regulatory consultant at JSC, said: “We realised we needed something more than break-fix contract, but more importantly we needed something to free up my time. "The transition to Vital was smooth and fairly painless; more a case of me learning to let go. Phoning the help desk, which I have not had to do too often, is a pleasant experience as the guys are friendly, knowledgeable and have the instant access to system details to diagnose problems quickly and efficiently.” Founded in 1996, Vital has an annual turnover in excess of £1m, and specialises in providing small and medium-sized businesses across Yorkshire with outsourced IT support and management services.
