“The Star Factor” Offers New Approach to Organizational Change

William Seidman and Rick Grbavac help organizations optimize performance by using affirmative leadership. In their new book, “The Star Factor: Discover What Your Top Performers Do Differently—and Inspire a New Level of Greatness in All,” they share their knowledge using real-world examples.

Affirmative Leadership is a proven methodology developed by the authors that creates leadership programs based on each company’s own unique strengths and needs. By combining the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience and psychology with advances in technology, the authors have helped hundreds of companies exceed their performance expectations.

In “The Star Factor,” the authors teach readers how to do what hundreds of companies already using the methodology have achieved: Identify their top performers, motivate others to adopt their knowledge and behaviors, and effectively transform the corporate-wide culture.

As John Gibbs wrote on his blog, Leading Business Books, “Anyone who has experienced the lack of success typically achieved by lecture-type educational sessions within a business is likely to be interested in the learning techniques advocated in this book.”
