Gracy, a client-centric strategy and sales productivity expert, has a broad professional and entrepreneurial background from a 20+ year career in IT services, infrastructure and applications with NTT/Dimension Data, VCE (formed by EMC, Cisco, VMWare and Intel), CA Technologies, and Parametric Technology (PTC). He also started up and ran Sales and Leadership Excellence (SLX), a services firm that specialized in consulting and training to help clients increase sales and marketing productivity. While doing business at SLX with several Fortune 1000 tech firms, he also worked extensively with many of Custom’s peers and technology partners across the US. Don also has a BS in Electrical Engineering and spent the early years of his career with General Electric and Hubbell in sales leadership roles of increasing responsibility.
