“This will be the first time Dotty’s has operated a hotel and casino, so everyone in our company is excited,” said Ally Estey, marketing and store development director. “This will be a new challenge for many of our employees, but we have a great team.”
Also in 2013, Dotty’s moved its corporate headquarters into a 150,000 square foot office space in North Las Vegas, which speaks to the growth of the company. Additionally, the move creates more opportunities for jobs and promotions from within the company. Dotty’s now has more than 1,025 employees working in Nevada.
Other notable highlights from the 4th quarter 2013 include:
- Dotty’s and its employees gave $88,260 to local charities, bringing total chartitable contributions for 2013 to $227,680.
