Snowed Inn Welcomes Two New Full-Time Innkeepers

KILLINGTON, Vt. - Jan. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- KILLINGTON, Vt., (Jan. 14, 2014)—Snowed Inn owners and innkeepers Jeanne and Manfred Karlhuber are pleased to announce the addition of two, new full-time innkeepers at the Killington inn. Victoria Stuber and Steph Anderson arrived this fall and will live at the inn.

“Victoria and Steph are already making great connections with our guests and helping visitors feel right at home,” said Jeanne Karlhuber. “The two understand guest services and what it means to go the extra mile for our guests, and that is important here at the Snowed Inn. We have guests who come back year after year—it’s like an extended family—so having these two at the helm and available is great. Plus it allows Manfred and me to enjoy some skiing!”

Stuber is a convert to the outdoors and the proud mother of three daughters and six grandchildren. Originally from the East Coast, Stuber has spent the past 14 years in the Pacific Northwest, Northern California and the Rocky Mountains. She has run her own cleaning business, worked for Columbia Sportswear’s flagship store, managed a doctor’s office, worked at a major cancer center and a number of animal hospitals, as well as running a beach motel. She loves to bike, hike, kayak and read.

Anderson is an outdoor enthusiast, spending more of her life in Northern California and Portland, Oregon. She enjoys water sports, biking, camping, backpacking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing. To support her habits, she spent many years in upper management in the retail sector of sporting goods and sales. She also is a licensed contractor and owned her own remodeling and landscaping company. She held the position of facility manager and park manager for a National Historic Landmark in the Redwoods of Northern California as well.

The two innkeepers will be available to assist guests in all their needs in order to create a memorable and unique stay while in Killington, regardless of the season.
