Snapt Announces Version 5 of the Snapt Application Delivery Controller

Snapt, a pioneer in the Software ADC industry has announced version 5 of its product, a complete revamp of the management platform.

“Version 5 contains over 47,000 changes to the Snapt Framework, ultimately delivery an incredible platform for management of our load balancing and acceleration products. We believe we now have the very best software ADC solution," said Dave Blakey, CEO of Snapt.

Snapt will be releasing version 5 at the end of January to all clients as a free upgrade and all new sales from February will be version 5 of the software.

This includes the release of the new Application Delivery Control plugin, which melds the Balancer and Accelerator reporting and dashboards to offer enhanced analytics. The release also adds complete tablet and smart phone support to the popular user interface, allowing remote control for administrators.
