In addition, the team were also given the opportunity to attend regional conferences where they were afforded invaluable training time with top leaders in the home improvement industry.

Signature is Anticipating Expansions, Events and Giving Back to the Community in 2014
As the Signature team plans for 2014, they're looking forward to outstanding growth throughout the company, with expansion into new areas, team promotions to further the careers of their future entrepreneurs, and new additions to the talent pool. According to Signature’s leadership, there have been many requests for Signature’s services outside their current service area. A spokesperson for the management team commented, “We’re looking to open a few new offices in the coming months. We’re already eyeing some great office spaces and prepping our team members to spearhead operations in new locations. Once everything is set up we will be rolling out our own signature brand of direct marketing and helping home improvement companies in new regions explore new markets and widen their consumer base."
Signature is also looking to increase their charitable activity. The company recognizes that giving back to their community plays a huge role in their success. In 2013, the company has championed various causes either by giving their time in volunteering or providing financial aid to those in need. Signature kicked off 2014 with a very generous giveback worth celebrating. Signature held their 6th annual holiday party giveback to St. Jude Children’s Hospital to end 2013 right. This year, 546 team members, family members, and friends attended the highly anticipated event. Over $10,000 in prizes was raffled off and 50% of all revenue was donated directly to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. The Signature team raised over $1,200 for these precious children. Signature couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative for all of the generosity of our community.
Another of Signature’s goals for 2014 is ramping up their team events.
