Hidden Valley RV Park, known as "A Little Piece of Country in San Antonio," celebrated it's 40th year in 2013 but also dealt with some storm damage last May. The original park was soon refurbished and reopened and over the course of the last few months a building project has been underway to build a new RV site area that will be much more storm resistant. This project was recently completed and now, in their 41st year they are celebrating it's completion and sharing the new addition to all "Hidden Vallian's," that is all their friends and guests, past, present and future. They cordially invite you to stop by Hidden Valley RV on Saturday, January 18, 2014 between 1 pm and 5 pm for their Grand Opening of this park addition.
The Coleman family, 40 year owners of the park, will be on hand and are thrilled to be able to serve more outdoor and RV enthusiasts with this new addition they have named "Top of the Valley," due to it's location on the property. The park operators, Mark and Teri, have reported "we'll be giving tours all day or our friends may just peruse the park at their leisure throughout the day." Mark was quick to add "Come hungry, there will be BBQ of course!"
The San Antonio RV Park serves RVers overnighting in the city, week long vacationers, seasonal Winter Texans and those who stay in their RV while working in San Antonio or neaby towns. They call themselves a "no frills" park because some of the fancy amenities of high end parks cannot be found there. "Instead,"
The family owned and operated park is only 11 miles from downtown San Antonio which makes attractions like The Alamo, the Riverwalk and El Mercado (SA's own Mexican Marketplace)
"Our goal is to make our guests experience comfortable and memorable from the moment they make the reservation till the day they drive out of the park," remarked Teri, "they are like family to us."
