Attention ALL Veterans, Unemployed Veterans and friends of Unemployed Veterans!

FORT WORTH, Texas - Jan. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- TMC Property Solutions, a local Veteran owned and operated real estate investment firm, has just announced a new program to help “Unemployed Veterans”.

According to Tim, of TMC Property Solutions, “We have too many unemployed Veterans in this country today and in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex and he is on a mission to change that, says Tim. Tim is not offering a job opportunity, but a small business opportunity of a lifetime for any and all “Unemployed Veterans” in the Dallas and Fort Worth area that has an interest in becoming a Real Estate Investor and learning how to Buy Houses with little or no money out of pocket.

Tim Cook, of TMC Property Solutions, will be teaching unemployed Veterans for FREE how to buy and sell houses with no money out of their pocket, all for FREE in an effort to get them off the streets and help them become productive members in the community and provide a solid income for their families again.  If you are an unemployed Veteran, or know of an unemployed Veteran that may be interested please pass this notice to them.

Qualifications Required:

1.    Must be Veteran honorably discharged with a DD214

2.    MUST BE UNEMPLOYED to qualify for free

3.    Must have a phone, camera, computer and internet access, reliable transportation and the ability to attend classes in and around the Fort Worth area

4.    Must have a desire to have your own business

5.    Must have a desire to learn how to Buy and Sell houses and help others

6.    That’s basically it, I’ll handle the rest

WHAT To DO If Interested:

2.    Include in the email your Name, Best Phone, Service, and Dates served.

3.    Wait for my follow up reply with dates, location, and times for the first class.  No exact date has been set yet for the first class but am planning for 1^st Qtr 2014.

Tim asks that you please share this info with any and all Veterans you know to share with those that may be able to benefit from this and let’s help get our Veterans off the streets, self-supportive for themselves and their families.  Tim also asks that you please share with all your social networks as well for maximum visibility.

Our Veterans deserve our help.  Please share this with everyone and let’s show them we appreciate what they have done.

P.S.  - Please keep in mind that these will be physical classes in the Fort Worth area so please only share with Veterans in the north Texas area for now.  Tim says that future classes may expand to other areas but for now this is the DFW area only.

P.S.S. – The initial classes are intended specifically for UNEMPLOYED Veterans to help them get back on their feet however, in the future there may be a class created for Veterans that are working but need more money and want to participate as well for a reasonable fee but for now my focus us on our UNEMPLOYED Vets.  Veterans interested in a paid version of this class can also email me to the above address and let me know your interest as well.
