Two lots for sale in the pristine Nicoya Peninsula market

The two lots for sale in Manzanillo are located on the western coastline towards the southern tip of the peninsula and are a 20 minute drive from Santa Teresa, known as a great surfing area. Manzanillo is a small town with one local restaurant and a grocery store. It offers secluded natural beauty and isolated beaches. Santa Teresa, the hub of tourism for the area, has more restaurants, shopping, and a night life.

Both lots offer ocean views and have electricity and water going to them. The larger lot consists of 5 acres on a palm tree rimmed plateau atop a small mountain. It offers multiple building sites and a panoramic view of the Pacific.

The smaller lot consists of 1 ¼ acres. It has two potential building sites. A two-story home would be needed to take advantage of the ocean view. On the property is a structure that has a second level observation deck.
