The Valentine’s Day four-course menu invites guests to choose a gourmet appetizer including Seared Sea Scallops with quinoa and an orange miso butter; Mushroom Arancini with tomato relish and spicy basil puree; or a Short Rib Ravioli with brandy cream sauce and parsley coulis. For a second course, enjoy a soup or salad including a Carrot Ginger Soup with candied carrot strips; Cauliflower Veloute with ham and cheddar crouton, or a Brussels Sprout Salad with potato confit and Nueske’s bacon vinaigrette.

Enticing main course options include Herb Roasted Chicken with mozzarella curds and toasted orzo with a sherry reduction; Petit Filet of Beef with tri-color potato galette and a Bordelaise sauce; a Citrus Marinated Jumbo Shrimp with roasted sunchoke and kale and shrimp roe butter; Pan Seared Sea Bass with sautéed artichokes and Barigoule sauce; and a Pumpkin Lasagna with basil infused tofu and Poblano sherry sauce.  The entire prix fixe menu is topped off with a housemade dessert for a perfectly sweet ending to the night.
