Beatles Expert Al Sussman Will Debut New Book at Fest for Beatles Fans in NYC

NEW YORK - Jan. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- Al Sussman has been a renowned Beatles expert at the Fest for Beatles Fans since the 1970’s, but at this year’s fest in NYC, that will celebrate the 50^th anniversary of the Beatles coming to America, Al will debut his new book, ‘Changin’ Times: 101 Days That Shaped A Generation.’

Mr. Sussman will be appearing on stage throughout the Fest weekend of February 7-9th, including the ‘Meet the Guest Authors’ and ‘The Beatles' Conquest of America’ panels on Friday evening.  He will also participate in a meet & greet with fans and be signing books at the authors’ table in the Fest marketplace.

From first thought to final publication, Changin’ Times took 6 years of intense research and writing to create. The 244 page paperback examines the 101 days from November 22, 1963 through March 1, 1964 that would include the day JFK was shot and the after-effects of the John Kennedy assassination, the start of the 1964 political year, the U.S. involvement in South Vietnam, the early signs of domestic uproar that would come to define the '60s, the technology of the times, and the British Invasion of the U.S. through music and pop-culture.
