The succeeding countries where the event will be held are: South Africa, Hong Kong, Ghana, Brazil, and Dubai. Upon the conclusion of this event, the delegates will be able to have an understanding of the existence of fraud within the procurement lifecycle. It will help the delegates identify what processes will companies need to have to be able to assess and then prevent or reduce the risk of procurement fraud. He is an appointed fellow of CIPS designated by the FCIPS annotation and delivers CIPS certificated procurement fraud master-classes globally to both public and private sector organisations. Paul wrote the e-learning package that was delivered to the Government Procurement Service in the UK Cabinet Office.
