“Last year was one of transition as we moved to greater involvement with the Promotional Products Association International, WorldatWork, IMEX and the HR & Employee Benefits Summit,” said Louise Anderson, CPIM, president and CEO of Anderson Performance Improvement, who leads IMA as of January 1, 2014. “All of these efforts, including our recent office relocation, are designed to help us better engage corporate leaders and provide new opportunities for our members to interface with key decision makers as companies expand their use of incentives and intensify their focus on ROI.”
Anderson, a 30-year veteran of the incentive industry, has served on the IMA board for the last five years. She noted that as the business itself changes, “IMA’s goal is to provide its members with a continual stream of fresh resources through webinars, seminars, research and trend studies that will help them bring added value to their customers.”

Three new directors join IMA board
IMA’s 2014 leadership team includes three newly-elected directors: Susan Adams, CPIM, of Dittman Incentive Marketing (New Brunsick, NJ); John Hornbogen of RPG Gift Cards (Lisle, IL); and Pete Mitchell, of Samsonite Corporation (North Myrtle Beach, SC).
