The dewatering system working process

1.Cuttings from shale shaker is transported to HGD by screw conveyor for drying separation ,solid phase is collected by cuttings skip ,fluids phase drop to the catch tank.

2.Cuttings from decanter centrifuge ,mud cleaner collected by cuttings skip ,by sedimentation ,the surface fluids is pumped to the HGD for separation

3.Grade one cleaning water is pumped to pressure machine ,fluids phase goes to grade two cleaning water ,through chemical treatment can be discharged or for further treatment,solid phase goes to cuttings skip
