ST. LOUIS - Jan. 10, 2014 - PRLog -- Stange Law Firm, PC, a family law firm with eight offices in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area in Missouri and Illinois, has added the St. Charles Divorce Law Blog to service its rapidly growing St. Charles office.  Each week stories will be posted related to divorce.  Some stories happened in St. Charles, Missouri while others happened across the country.  Regardless of the location, we are interested in contextualizing stories for you so you can see the types of cases we handle and what is current in family law.

The Stange Law Firm's St. Charles office, located at 2268 Bluestone Drive, St. Charles, Missouri, is headed by John D. Kershman, Esq., a Regional Team Leader who has been selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star for four consecutive years—since 2010 through this current selection in 2013.  Mr. Kershman has extensive experience as a litigator in domestic law cases.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Washington University Law School, his B.S. from St. John's University in New York, and his Masters Degree in Business from Webster University at its main campus in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mr. Kershman is also an adjunct professor at Washington University School of Law where he coached the National Civil Rights Appellate Advocacy Team from 2008 to 2011.  His team was a three time reigning National Champion having won the 24th, 25th, and 26th Annual McGee National Civil Rights Competition held at the University of Minnesota.

Stange Law Firm was founded by Kirk C. Stange, Esq. and Paola Arzu Stange, Esq., who are the firm’s managing partners.  Mr. Stange is a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a trained mediator, an associate member of the St. Louis Collaborative Family Law Association, and a speaker at CLE Seminars for the Missouri Barand National Business Institute on Family Law.  He is also the author of a soon-to-be released book, Prenuptial Agreements Line by Line, Aspatore Publishing and a book chapter he authored in 2012 titled: Strategies for Military Family Law: Leading Lawyers on Navigating Family Law in the Armed Forces (Inside the Minds), Aspatore Publishing.

Paola Arzu Stange, Esq. is a Super Lawyer Rising Star, a collaborative family law attorney, a mediator, and a guardian ad litem. Ms. Stange is on the Board of Directors for Kids in The Middle, an honor she received in 2012.  Ms. Stange is a graduate of the ABA Family Law Section Trial Advocacy Institute and one of five Guardian ad Litems selected by St. Louis County Circuit Court Staff and Judges in 2011 to receive the Outstanding Volunteer Domestic Violence Guardian ad Litem Award.

Just recently in 2014, Kirk Stange and Paola Stange were selected as Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 for Missouri Family Law by the American Society of Legal Advocates.
