Gastric Band Hypnotherapy Client Loses Over Five Stone with Hypnosis!

In July 2013 they began working with a female client for weight loss using the Hypno-Band weight loss protocol. The womans starting weight was just over 16 and a half stone.

Over the following three months a series of five hypnosis sessions were conducted. The first three sessions were spent using suggestion hypnosis to trick the mind into believing that the persons stomach was reducing down in size. Inbetween each session the client was asked to regularly listen to a specialist gastric band hypnotherapy audio and follow a set of mindful eating techniques.

On the clients fourth session they were given a virtual operation under hypnosis to trick the subconscious into believing that a gastric band had been fitted. Another audio was given to the person to reinforce the suggestions from the session. A follow up appointment to check progress was also booked for a month after this virtual operation.

Regular email contact was maintained with the client over the following six months to check progress. The client reported in the first week in January that they had lost just over five stone. In addition to the weight loss they had not had the desire to eat any chocolate during the six months they had been following the plan.
