Southeast Toyota Finance Captures How College Grads Save Money via Instagram
PRLog - Jan. 9, 2014 - DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Southeast Toyota Finance recently connected with college graduates who are new Toyota and Scion owners via its first Instagram sweepstakes. Customers were asked how they used the money saved from the College Graduate Rebate and Finance Program. The program helps customers experience the Toyota brand through special benefits and incentives to make financing or leasing a vehicle more affordable.

Customers who recently participated in the College Graduate Rebate and Finance Program were invited to post a photo or video, tagged with a campaign hashtag on Instagram, showcasing what their savings allowed them to purchase or accomplish.

The sweepstakes winner, who became a teacher following her college graduation, received a $1,000 Visa gift card and used part of her reward to purchase new educational tools for her students.

Visual stories posted on Instagram were creative and inspirational. Some participants used the money to travel and fulfill personal dreams, while others assisted family and community members.

“I’ve been using the money I saved to build my charity and bless the lives of many deserving children,” posted a recent college graduate who was enthusiastic about the help she could provide with the money she saved. Another entrant shared a fun video of her career wardrobe funded with the money she saved from the program. Other sweepstakes entries can be found at http://go.setf.com/college/connect.

To further support and educate college students about budgeting, credit and research prior to buying or leasing a car, Southeast Toyota Finance created a website at http://go.setf.com/college. Current customers are also able to stay up-to-date on future contests and sweepstakes by following the company on Instagram at http://instagram.com/setfinance.
