Another year has gone by and I would like to take this opportunity to thank each one of you for supporting us and helping us consolidate our position in the Canadian market, for 17th year running. Thanks to each one of you, we were ranked No. 403 on 2013 annual list of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies.

At Ronco our focus in 2014 is YOU. The new buzz word for us is CUSTOMER CARE. Our objective this year is to make your experience with us easy and pleasant. We will need your help in this process and will be reaching out to you to get your feedback to help us attain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Innovation is one of Ronco’s cornerstones and will continue to be at the core of our business. Innovation at Ronco is not limited to just products but also encompasses systems and processes of doing business. We are constantly looking at methods to improve our operations and each and every employee at Ronco contributes to the success of this program.

2013 was a year of realignment for us. We focused on creating 3 separate SBU’s (Strategic Business Units) for the Ronco Safety Division: Head Protection (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/category/26/head-protection....), Hand Protection (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/category/25/hand-protection....) and Body Protection (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/category/27/body-protection....). In 2014, our focus will be to further strengthen each of these units.

As a part of our product diversification strategy we launched several unique industrial gloves. We expanded our DEFENSOR™ (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/products/list.php?categoriesID=30) line and introduced our new line of PVC gloves INTEGRA (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/products/233/integra-79-455-softest-pvc-glove-on-the-market.html). For the first time Canadian users can now experience new generation PVC gloves and feel the difference in softness, comfort and protection. We also launched Nova™ (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/products/list.php?categoriesID=35), a new line of safety glasses delivering comfort, protection and style. In 2014 we will continue to strengthen the Ronco (http://www.ronco.ca/) brand by leveraging our core competency in safety and expanding our product portfolio to be able to better serve our customers: both distributors and end-users.

We made our presence felt in the Canadian market as one of the stakeholders in the food industry through our unique ISO 22000 (http://ca.en.safety.ronco.ca/about-us/6/certifications.html) certification program for gloves and plastic products. As a conscientious manufacturer we are committed to help companies reduce the risks of food contamination and food safety hazards.

As we enter the New Year I am very excited by the opportunities that exist in the market. While focusing on Canada we will continue to expand our range of partners, both distributors and vendors across the North American continent and the globe. We are proud to be a 100% Canadian company with an expanding global reach.

Once again I wish to express my gratitude to one and all alike: customers, vendors, end-users and employees for contributing to our success. I assure each one of you that we are very passionate about what we do and will continue to strive for even greater success.
