Victory Heights Celebrates the Completion of its Flagship Development in Dubai Sports City

AL BARSHA, UAE - Jan. 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Victory Heights, the flagship golf residential community set on the fairways of the prestigious Els Club Golf Course in Dubai Sports City, recently held a special ceremony to celebrate its completion. The event was attended by Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), and a number of other senior officials including Mr. Essa Saeed Al Mansoori, Manager- Trust Account Section, RERA.
