About Kriss Brooks
Kriss Brooks is a nationally recognized fitness consultant, personal trainer, businesswoman, journalist and community organizer. As the founder and CEO of Options Personal Training Center, she has run international classes and demonstrations from California to the West Indies, to the Junior League and to the corporate world as well.
She holds a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley, an M.B.A. from California State University and Pepperdine, and is a feature writer on wellness for a range of publications.
She competed as a bodybuilder from 1982-1986, winning Ms. Oakland, Ms. Alameda County, the Warner Classic Northern California Championship, the Northwestern American Gold Cup and the West Coast Superbowl. Her elegant signature posing style has made her in demand from California to Paris.
