Having successfully aligned itself with strategic partners/licensees/
franchisees in the key markets of the Middle-East, Africa and Asia - Globex Business Centres has targeted Latin America for 2014!

The Latin American markets are collectively the strongest markets for serviced offices in the world right now and we see this continuing well into the future given the solid economic, political and social macro trends of the region. To facilitate our entry into the region - Globex has had on-going discussions with potential world-class licensees/franchisees for the critical markets of Mexico, Brazil, Panama, Chile, Peru, Columbia and Argentina. At the end of the day - we want to duplicate our successful expansion into the key markets of the Middle-East and Asia by appointing strategic partners to represent and develop the Globex brand of business centres throughout the Latin American region via long-term and exclusive agreements. Presently, most of the Latin markets simply do not have any meaningful choice and we believe that the region will welcome the Globex product (premium quality fit-out, Grade A locations, larger allocation of space per workstation/
office, higher allocation of common space, the most adavanced IT solutions, etc). Hence, we look forward to providing the Latin markets with our world-class offerings."
The expansion of Globex Business Centres into the key markets of Latin America complements our present development/
operational activities in the super growth markets of the Middle-East, Africa and Asia - and - further positions/defines Globex as the alternative global brand/provider of serviced offices/business centres in the all important growth markets.
