GATLINBURG, Tenn. - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Our longest running event is our quarterly ISN Works Workshop. We spend 2 days in Gatlinburg, TN right in the heart of the Great Smoky Mountains. You will have an opportunity to network with your peers, meet our staff, and consult with our President/CEO, David Wright.  Mr. Wright has over 25 years experience working with and training speakers both nationally and internationally.  You are his focus as he works with you and discusses your individual goals.  It’s all about growing YOUR business!  We also incorporate videotaping services for those who are interested. You need video for your social media sites and to send to potential clients. You will not find a lower price or a better product! We offer a limited amount of 10 minute ($200) and 45 minute ($495) video slots.

Our next ISN Works Workshop is scheduled for February 7-8, 2014. The cost is $85 per attendee which includes materials and lunches for the two days.

Additionally we offer our much talked about David Wright Workshop. This is a smaller, in depth opportunity to learn ways to improve your business and market yourself as a speaker.  You will learn more in 2 days than many people learn after years in the business.  These workshops are held at our office in Sevierville, TN.

Building a profitable speaking business is a difficult undertaking even for the strongest, most qualified, and most talented. The stories are legion and the speaking field is littered with the bodies of great platform speakers who received outstanding evaluations and ovations from their audiences and yet, they could not secure enough bookings to sustain a successful career.

I have researched several organizations and individuals who promote a course of instruction or “boot camp” type workshop for speakers. I discovered the cost of these workshops range from $4,000 to $1,400. Only one workshop was $1,400. The rest averaged $2,500 to $3,000 per person. Secondly, I found that these boot camps only helped speakers with their speech. The instructions given were presentation skills such as stage presence, use of humor, adding stories and examples as well as a myriad of other competencies necessary to be a good speaker.
