"Won’t Go Back" Music Video Launched to Announce Walk in My Shoes, Hear Our Voice on February 25

ATLANTA - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Too many politicians now openly support a denial of basic healthcare and the reversal of essential rights.  With the 2014 legislative session and elections looming, the culture war seems to deliver every day a new insult to dignity. We refuse to roll back the clock on human rights. Efforts to restrict reproduction, sexual, and parenting freedoms are often linked to other forms of discrimination.

The music video “Won’t Go Back” promotes reproductive justice and rights, inspires activism, and is a call to action for the “Walk in My Shoes, Hear Our Voice” event. There will be a flash mob performing to the song at the “Walk in My Shoes” event and other organizations are encouraged to create their music video with materials provided on the www.HearOurVoice.org website.

Over 500 Georgians participated in the first “Walk in My Shoes, Hear Our Voice” on March 12, 2012 and the event received national coverage. Everyone is invited to walk in solidarity around the Georgia State Capitol for freedom, equality, justice and human dignity for all.
