Mark Sheffield, of NAI Brannen Goddard, represented the Landlord, CommonWealth REIT, in this transaction with no broker representing the tenant. The property is managed by Reit Management & Research, LLC, Real Estate Services.

The subject property is a high-bay, 292,000-square foot, free standing warehouse/distribution facility on 17.80 acres, located approximately ¼ mile from I-75 in Bartow County, GA.
