Create Beyond Limits new program the Art of Being Authentic

PORTLAND, Ore. - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Kaitlyn Mirison, authenticy coach and founder of Create Beyond Limits, has launched a new program, the Art of Being Authentic.  This program is designed to empower individuals to live inspired and make their difference by being their full authentic self.

This program is held over twelve weeks in a small group coaching environment with weekly virtual sessions.  New groups are forming now to begin in January. Open to men and women.

“Too many people are holding themselves back going through life on autopilot with their heart tucked away,” Kaitlyn notes.  “A mask often covers your authentic nature.  This mask develops over time as a protective response to your experiences in life.  It is time to remove the mask and illuminate your essence."

Create Beyond Limits was founded because of Kaitlyn’s passion to empower others to bring their heart to light, connect with their essence and contribute their uniqueness into the world.
