Gift Of Life Bone Marrow Foundation Expands Headquarters

BOCA RATON, Fla. - Jan. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- Gift of Life Bone Marrow Foundation, an international bone marrow registry, celebrated the expansion of its Boca Raton offices on December 17 at its headquarters located at 800 Yamato Road, Suite 101. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held, and a number of area business leaders and foundation supporters attended the event.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to call Boca Raton home,” said Jay Feinberg, Gift of Life founder and CEO.  “Gift of Life has grown significantly over the past several years, due to the hard work and dedication of our staff and volunteers.  Our registry now has more than 233,000 donors worldwide, and we have expanded our space and our staff to service our current and potential donors, and to help find matches for those in need.”

Gift of Life moved into their offices on Yamato Road in February 2013. Within just 10 months, they added an additional 4,000 SF, nearly doubling their space.  “We made strategic decisions to further develop our services,” said Gregg Francis, Chief Operating and Financial Officer.  “The new space has enabled us to expand our marketing, preliminary match, and logistics departments.  In just 10 months, we've already seen a 30% increase in the number of life-saving transplants facilitated in 2013.  We look forward to continuing this momentum in 2014."
