Pillar Team Member Honored with Hilton Spirit Award

IRVING, Texas - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Pillar Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce that one of its employees, Sharon Graham, Breakfast Hostess at Hampton Inn Jackson, has been honored with a Hilton Spirit Award. The Spirit Award is one of the highest forms of recognition Hilton Worldwide offers top performers who impact guests, team members, the hotel, and their community. Winners receive $350, a plaque, a surprise congratulatory call from a brand executive, and ongoing recognition from Hilton.

Graham has been with Hampton Inn Jackson, located in Jackson, Mich. for three years. She is always willing to help in whatever department she is needed, and takes initiative to make great things happen at her hotel. Sharon is particularly good at listening to guests and making sure any issues are addressed promptly. She sets the bar high for herself and goes above and beyond for guest service – she even purchases cards and gifts on guest’s birthdays.
