About “Rob Has a Podcast”

“Rob Has a Podcast” (RHAP) is a Reality TV podcast hosted by two-time former Survivor contestant, Rob Cesternino.  The podcast covers strategy-based reality shows like Survivor, Big Brother and The Amazing Race.

RHAP streams live following the end of reality TV shows and offer an interactive way for fans to discuss their favorite shows with Cesternino.  In 2013, Rob Has a Podcast had over 2 million downloads of its audio format and was watched for over 24 million minutes on YouTube.

The format of each episode of RHAP is structured around Cesternino recapping and analyzing the strategy used by the players on the reality shows.  Cesternino breaks the show down the same way sports talk radio would “Monday morning quarterback” the game from the previous day.  The show also features interviews with the most recent and notable guests in the world of Reality TV.

RHAP has been primarily focused on Reality TV, but in 2013 began recapping scripted dramas like “Breaking Bad” and “The Walking Dead.”  Due to the success of these scripted drama recaps, Cesternino will be expanding to cover many more shows in 2014, using the same model that has proven successful with reality shows.
