Follow on Google News | Wingspan Seminars Launches Conflict Corner TVSchool Board Member Supports Conflict Resolution Show as it Helps Families
After several months of filming, Conflict Corner TV is announcing its premiere date. On February 5, 2014, it will kick off its first season on Comcast Channels 578 and 570 in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The Wednesday night show will be viewed during prime time for easy viewing at 5:30-6:00 pm. Each month the show typically focuses on a theme that is problematic to families, however, it will take a different twist during its introductory month. Along with introducing the host and team cast, trailers of upcoming shows will be discussed and shared. A few of the show specials features a leadership focus addressing the question, “What are some of the best practices by leadership to save our youth and has South Florida grown culturally overtime?” Leaders from the faith-based, athletic and government entities were guests answering those questions. The launch reception will be Thursday, January 9, 5:00-8:00 pm and will include a special appearance by Dr. Dorothy Bendross- Mindingall. The District 2 Miami-Dade School Board Member will bring well wishes to the show as its mission is to assist families. The event will be held at the Grand/Doubletree Hotel in the Casablanca Restaurant, 1717 N. Bayshore Drive, Miami, 33132. The cast and production team will be introduced while several of the shows will be screened by the visitors. The event will be opened with a book signing, Author’s Corner, featuring cast and guests that have authored books. Those authors are Mia Merritt, Khalilah Ali, Darrell House, Velton Showell, Cheryl White, Althea Ellis-Thomas and Sonya Chess. Validated valet parking will be provided at the Grand Hotel.
