Antivia appoints Keylink Technology as exclusive distributor for Australia and New Zealand

BOSTON - Jan. 7, 2014 - PRLog -- BI tool vendor, Antivia, today announced Keylink Technology as its exclusive distributor in Australia and New Zealand.

Under the terms of the agreement, Sydney based Keylink will market, sell, implement and provide first and second line support for Antivia’s XWIS DecisionPoint in the Australian and New Zealand markets. XWIS DecisionPoint enables organizations to create stunning interactive dashboards, reports and BI apps on mobile devices and the desktop, with no-coding.

As part of the agreement with Antivia, Keylink has ended its association with its previous BI partner, Yellowfin.

Luke Dougherty, Managing Director at Keylink Technology explained: “Yellowfin is a great BI tool for small to medium enterprises. But, at Keylink we’re focused on helping upper mid-market and large enterprise organizations, so we felt that Antivia’s technology offered a better fit for the needs of our customers.”

Dougherty continued: “While the rest of the BI market seems determined to force Data Discovery tools designed for analysts onto end-users, Antivia is taking a refreshingly different and pragmatic approach. They’ve solved the problem that has dogged our industry for the past 15 years: ‘How do we make the producer-consumer model of BI work, without creating a reporting backlog?’ XWIS DecisionPoint is the first, truly agile end-user BI tool we’ve seen. It enables BI teams to deliver end-user BI quickly and responsively to meet pressing business needs and to give end-users BI that doesn’t just answer their first question, but answers their follow-up questions, too.”

Mark Hudson, CEO at Antivia, said: “I’m delighted to announce this partnership with Keylink. Luke and his team have already built a successful business around their existing partnerships with Syncsort and Splunk and by adding XWIS DecisionPoint to their portfolio, I’m sure this will help drive their business to the next level.”

Hudson continued: “On a personal note, I founded Antivia in Sydney, back in 2007, so I’m thrilled to once again have a presence ‘down-under’. This partnership is good news for our existing customers in Australia and New Zealand and we look forward to working closely with Keylink to help many more organizations to deliver BI value to everyone in their organization and not just the analysts.”
