Business Development Manager Tim Koontz commented, "In 2012 we decided to take our business in a new direction. This restructuring was obviously a huge challenge for our team. We've asked a lot of [Jay] in this transition and he's done nothing but rise to the occasion on a daily basis. To build a business you need people that have a 'down for whatever' mentality. Jay exemplifies this in our organization."
When asked for comment, newly promoted Jason Scott said, "Hard work and tenacity have definitely paid off over this past year. Being a part of a company that not only wants to change the game, but transcend the game is incredible. I'm just looking forward to pushing people past what they thought was their limit."
This internal growth will allow SMGI to chase after their objective to grow in to further markets in 2014. Currently Jason Scott is be managing the Verizon campaign in Philadelphia. His current plans are to double the size of that team and grow in to another city by the end of the 1st quarter.
