Lee & Associates Negotiates $3.9 Million Sale of West Covina Freeway Center

WEST COVINA, Calif. - Jan. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, the largest broker-owned commercial real estate firm in the country, has negotiated the $3.9 million sale of the 19,320-square-foot West Covina Freeway Center in West Covina, Calif.

         Jamie Harrison, senior vice president at Lee & Associates Los Angeles – Investment Services Group, represented the sellers, Charles and Doris Cricks, in the transaction.

         “Very few deals transact in the West Covina retail market every year,” said Harrison.  “However, the buyer saw an opportunity to purchase a retail property in an excellent location with some under market rents.”

         Located at 111-151, 215 & 225 N. Azusa Ave., the property was built in 1969, before being remodeled in 1979 and 1981, and features six units.
