Blessed By Monks, Worldwide Mission Is Launched For Improved Relationships And Peace

NEW YORK - Jan. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Having been blessed by the monks at Putthaiasawan Temple in Ayuthaya, Thailand, a small group of compassionate doctors and educators, including the assistant to the Prime Minister of Thailand, Dr. New, and best selling author, Marc Carlin, The Results Hypnotist, embark on a new mission to help heal the Kingdom, one relationship at a time.

"At a time when the divorce rate is at an all time high, bringing people together in their homes first, can have a great impact on the welfare of the whole nation", remarked Mr. Carlin.  The mission will be responsible for the education of both men and women on taking the initiative to change the way they view their roles in society.

The group visited Wat Putthaiasawan (Putthaiasawan Temple) in Ayutthaya on the day of Loy Krathong.  The holiday is the symbolic day that Thai people set afloat little baskets filled with flowers, candles, fireworks and other symbolic artifacts like cut fingernails, and strands of cut hair.

The candle venerates the Buddha with light, while the krathong's floating symbolizes letting go of all one's hatred, anger, and defilements. People sometime cut their fingernails or hair and place the clippings on the krathong as a symbol of letting go of negative thoughts.

It is not only serendipitious that the mission was launched on such a national occaision, it's a sign, the monks happily agreed, of inspiration to others to join in to help create change.

"All change first happens from within" explained Mr. Carlin, "and that's why we chose to help heal the world from this very personal perspective first"
