Sandy, a 30+year veteran in public accounting, specializing in the financial needs of privately held businesses through providing a variety of services, including strategic tax planning, business consulting, succession planning, business cash flow management, and entity structuring. She is a graduate of Arizona State University who is heavily involved in professional and community activities, including serving on the small business leadership council of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and very active in Rotary International. She is a former member of the SBA National Advisory Council, the IRS Electronic Tax Administration Advisory Council and past director of the Phoenix Industrial Development Authority (IDA), to name just a few.
Mike Allen, CPA, Principal, who rejoined the firm in 2011 after a 16-year hiatus, helped REDW open the doors to its Phoenix office two years ago and will assume the role of Department Head of the Audit & Consulting department, effective January 1.

Mike is an accomplished business professional with a long track record in accounting, financial management, operations management, and many other aspects of building and running a business enterprise. Mike is a graduate of Arizona State University and the University of Wisconsin. Mike has served as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico, on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Foundation – Albuquerque, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the New Futures School for parenting teens. He is also a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Albuquerque.
Glen Post, CPA, who has spent more than 30 years in public accounting exclusively serving tribal governments, tribal casinos and other tribal businesses, will continue serving as Principal in the Albuquerque office and plans to work closely with Mike over the next year to ensure a smooth transition for our team and our tribal, government and commercial clients.
Steve Harris, CPA, former partner of Miller, Allen & Co., P.C., which also merged with REDW in November 2012, will join the REDW Board of Managers (BOM) effective January 1. The BOM is in charge of overall operations and the strategic direction of the firm.
Steve has served as a Principal in the Audit & Consulting department of the Phoenix office since its inception, and was recently appointed lead audit services Principal for that office. He has been performing auditing and tax services for nearly 30 years. He has extensive experience serving clients across industries, with a particular emphasis on tribal gaming, hospitality and retail.
