Sixth Annual Wedding Road Show brings brides to be Sunday April 27, 2014

SHIP BOTTOM, N.J. - Jan. 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Planning a big day like a wedding is all about options, and there is no better way to find out what makes Long Beach Island Region the perfect wedding destination then the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce's Sixth Annual Wedding Road Show event.  Whether plans for a traditional or customized, large or small wedding is underway, this complimentary self guided tour allows brides to be and their entourages to meet, greet and eat their way through the region while earning chances for prizes as they go.

Registration begins at one of three locations The Holiday Inn Manahawkin, Tuckerton Seaport or Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce at 930am. Brides are given a tour book that features the venues and wedding professionals along with a map to guide them around the region making their own visit schedule. Venues that include Surf City Yacht Club, Brant Beach Yacht Club, Surf City Hotel, The Dutchmans, The Gables, The Sea Shell, The LBI Historical Association, Jewish Community Center of LBI,  Daddy O, The Boat House, The Stateroom, Mallard Island and Bonnet Island will open for touring, with many of the venues loaded with refreshments, decor and wedding professionals to discuss upcoming arrangements.

With grand prize a Demetrios Bridal Gown certificate and tuxedo rentals from Dante Zeller Uniformity, as well as prizes from vendors throughout the day, the Wedding Road Show wraps up planning a destination wedding in a neat package.
