Atlanta GA welcomes Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Ruth Celestin

ATLANTA - Jan. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Georgia Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery is pleased to announce the arrival of Dr. Ruth Celestin to Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Celestin is a trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced fellowship training in aesthetic surgery. She will provide cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery service in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Dr. Celestin is a patient advocate who believes in making her “patients feel comfortable and, more importantly, educated about the cosmetic and reconstructive procedures”

Dr. Ruth Celestin earned her B.A. degree with High Honors from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and attended New Jersey Medical School where she earned her medical degree. After graduation, Dr. Celestin completed a highly sought after combined comprehensive residency program in general surgery and plastic & reconstructive surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) in New Jersey. She served as the Plastic Surgery Chief Resident.

After completing the rigorous residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Celestin undertook additional fellowship training in aesthetic surgery at the prestigious Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital & Lenox Hill Hospital.  During her fellowship, she trained with numerous nationally recognized leaders in the field of plastic surgery and learned the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery of all areas of the face and body.
