Evan Guthrie Law Firm Delivers Help To Goose Creek SC Senior Center Ice Cream Social

CHARLESTON, S.C. - Jan. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Attorney Evan Guthrie of the Evan Guthrie Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina helped to put on an ice cream social for members of the South Berkeley Senior Center in Goose Creek, SC on Thursday August 8^th 2013. The event provided complimentary cold treats and smiles to seniors on a hot August day. The event was hosted by the Lowcountry Senior Network, an organization that allows senior citizen based businesses such as lawyers, medical and hospice providers, and many other different types of businesses to interact with each other and also contribute to the community in outreach opportunities like the ice cream social. There were three different ice cream social at Charleston, SC area senior centers that day with events in Mt. Pleasant, SC and James Island also scheduled as well as the event in Goose Creek.

There was an ice cream truck that arrived at the senior center and a long line of seniors appeared ready to enjoy their pick of treats. There was a selection of around ten different ice cream and other cold choices to choose from on the truck. Attorney Evan Guthrie and other members of the Lowcountry Senior Network were on hand to keep order and to help make sure that everyone that wanted some ice cream was able to get their choice. The members of senior center that took part in the ice cream social were happy and grateful for the event and made sure to tell everyone how much they appreciated it. Mr. Guthrie enjoyed the chance to take part in such a fun event that made an immediate impact in the lives of seniors in the Charleston, SC area.
