Peracetic Acid Test

Sulfides naturally occur in groundwater as sulfur leaches from mineral deposits. While surface waters do not usually contain high concentrations of sulfide, harmful levels can occur during the decomposition of organic matter and various chemical processes. Dissolved Oxygen Test
Dissolved oxygen is often measured as a direct indication of water quality. While aquatic plants produce oxygen, microorganisms consume it and ultimately affect fish and other aquatic life. At elevated temperatures, dissolved oxygen can be highly corrosive and cause pitting in high-pressure boilers.
