Follow on Google News | Thirumoolar’s Ashtanga Yoga DVD For Home Practice Now Available in EnglishThe DVD features the basic sequence of Thirumoolar’ Sage Thirumoolar is the author of the Thirumandiram, a seminal text of Saiva Siddhanta and one of the foremost authorities on the therapeutic benefits of yogic discipline.
