TORONTO - Jan. 4, 2014 - PRLog -- Johnny Cash was known as the "Man in black"; now, Toronto's West n Bass recording artist Mandy Bo has earned herself a similar title with her new song “Standoff".  Earlier today Bo released a free download of the track on her website, mandybo.com.

The emotional tune, filled with gunshots and spurs, is a cinematic music portrayal of a long love affair with a tragic end.  "It captures that moment when you are both standing there with the ammo of what you are about to say in your head and you're wondering, who's going to pull the trigger first?" says Bo.

Standoff solidifies Bo's sound, Western Drum and Bass, and its evolution. The track follows the release of Bo's first music video "Lullaby", which is ironically a love story.  Could there be a true to life connection here?

The “Lullaby” video has been featured on Daily Motion and Blastro in multiple countries; the hit single has also gained Bo global recognition, with airplay on over a hundred satellite radio stations around the world.
