BOSTON - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- BOSTON (January 2, 2014) The Club by George Foreman III is ready to ring the opening bell and begin round one of its fight to go the distance in creating the ultimate boxing- themed luxury fitness experience in Boston’s Seaport District beginning today, Thursday, January 2, 2014.

George Foreman III and his undisputed team of trainers worked diligently for the last several months putting the finishing touches on its boxing-inspired programs including Box-FIIT (Fight-Intensity-Interval-Training), Fighters Cycle, Fighters Yoga, Fighters Core and Fighters Pilates, all with varying levels of difficulty depending on the fitness goals and objectives of The Club’s members. George recruited fifteen trainers to assist him in synthesizing the world’s best workout whose disciplines range from boxing, martial arts, weight training and strength & conditioning to yoga, Pilates, nutrition and stretching & wellness.

“Box-FIIT is not just a workout, it’s a philosophy. Our primary goal as trainers is to provide the undeniable physical and emotional gains by using the same hands-on approach used by boxing trainers to get their fighters in shape, but in a mainstream fitness club,” said George Foreman III. “At heart, we are a boutique, boxing-themed gym, but we also have state of the art cardio and weight equipment, luxury amenities and an organic juice bar. It’s all about social fitness. All of these elements come together under one roof to bring back the community element of health and wellness through physical culture, music, and most importantly, FUN!”

Box-FIIT is a patented training regimen inspired by George’s years of training as an undefeated (16-0, 15 KOs) professional fighter alongside his father and two-time world heavyweight boxing champion George Foreman that looks to revolutionize the world of functional training with Fight-Intensity-Interval Training exercise. Box-FIIT incorporates ten stations per session, with members exercising for two minutes per station and resting for one minute in between. The workout is marked by highly functional and biomechanically safe exercises including rowing, cycling, abs, boxing, jump rope, suspension, kettlebells and “Fight Ropes.” The workouts change every week and George Foreman III himself will be available to train large groups and individuals four to six days per week.

In September 2013, The Club successfully introduced the “First 500,” a unique opportunity for the first five hundred members to get a first look at the gym complete with orientation programs and extensive one-on-one time with George Foreman III. The Club signed up its five hundredth member on December 30, 2013 and continues to sign up new members as workout enthusiasts are fulfilling New Year’s resolutions and looking for a completely unique workout regimen heading into 2014. From now until January 15, 2013, The Club will still offer the same rates as to those in the First 500 when prospective new members come in for a tour.
