TAMPA, Fla. - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- ! Dr. Mack was able to add such laser treatments like that of the IPL limelight, treatment of blood vessels and hemangiomas, veins, laser hair removal and the Pearl laser treatment that both Dr. Mack and Loralee perform. On top of these laser treatments (by our laser system by Cutera®,) Loralee Koontz, PA-C injects Sculptra® Aesthetic on a daily basis! Loralee has been injecting Sculptra® over 7 years and it has been a great addition to the Mack Center. Patients enjoy this facial filler as it adds volume to areas where volume has been lost and can last up to two years as it stimulates collagen. Microneedling is another treatment option now available to help with fine lines and wrinkles, hyperpigmentation and overall skin texture. Among all these wonderful treatments, the addition of Loralee also brought new skin care lines such as Revision® and Lifeline SkinCare®. In early spring, Dr. Mack was awarded the honor of “Top 10 Leading Men of Tampa Bay.” This prestigious award was shared among great leaders such as Warrick Dunn, Former Tampa Bay Buccaneer. Blu Magazine stated “Three years ago, we started this 10 Leading Men feature and each year the nominations continue to inspire us. Recognized for their humble yet notable philanthropic efforts in the Tampa Bay region, these outstanding men have proven that success isn’t just seen in the possessions we own or the amount in our bank account, but by the positive impact we have on a community that has given us so much. This year’s lineup is comprised of incredible athletes, a world-class composer, leading medical professionals and other notable selfless men of various backgrounds. All men were photographed in their favorite Bay-area restraint with what they consider the best mean in Tampa Bay, and the interviews give a personal view into their lives outside of the office. Congratulations to all our men on being nominated.”

If 2013 was not busy enough, the Mack Center got word that they were nominated for Small Business of the Year by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Mack and staff worked hard to put together a presentation to showcase their constant success and rapid growth. The team made it all the way to the semi-finals and hopes to continue further next year if nominated. Among this great acknowledgement Dr. Mack was also awarded with Patient’s Choice, Most Compassionate Doctor, Talk of the Town and PSP Best Cosmetic Surgeon. One of Dr. Mack’s most notable awards in South Tampa was the multiple wins from the “Best of” publication created by the Tampa Tribune. Dr. Mack was awarded Best of South Tampa Cosmetic Surgeon and Eye Surgeon. Marcia Duley, esthetician for the Mack Center, received silver in the category of Best of Massage. Furthermore, Loralee Koontz, PA-C showed her referral program by “word of mouth” paid off as she was awarded Best Kept Secret in South Tampa. The Tampa Tribune sends out voting ballots for members of the community to vote “Best Of” in multiple categories.

As a team, Dr. Mack and Loralee were able to achieve the Allergan® Platinum level from their previous gold level. Allergan®, creators of BOTOX® Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM®, VOLUMA® and LATISSE® recognize rapid growth within practices by promoting them to different tiers. This was another great accomplishment for the Mack Center as they experienced tremendous growth throughout 2013 with their BOTOX® Cosmetic injections.

Dr. Mack and Loralee Koontz, PA-C hosted numerous Lunch-N-Learns, seminars, attended Optometry meetings, Northdale Owls community monthly meetings, the Vegas Cosmetic Surgery Symposium, as well as hosted BOTOX Day, Filler Day and had their annual Anniversary party that celebrated the opening of the Mack Center on Azeele Street.
