Pediatric Associates Acquiring Palm Harbor Pediatrics, P.A. in New Port Richey and Palm Harbor, FL

PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Jan. 2, 2014 - PRLog -- Palm Harbor and New Port Richey, FL: January 2, 2014:  Pediatric Associates will be acquiring Palm Harbor Pediatrics P.A., located at 2595 Tampa Rd, Suite W, Palm Harbor, FL 34864 and 1823 Healthcare Dr., New Port Richey, FL  34655, effective February 3, 2014.  A brand new facility is currently under construction in Trinity, FL, which will replace the existing New Port Richey location at a later date.  As a result of these acquisitions, Pediatric Associates will operate 3 Tampa Bay area offices and will have a total of 29 locations throughout the state of Florida.  Fernando Arroyo, M.D. and R. Enid Gaud, M.D. will continue seeing patients and will be joined by Alexander Gomez-Luengas, M.D.  Dr. Gomez will be relocating from our Miami Beach office where he has practiced for the past 7 years.
